Aisling studied as a dancer/choreographer at Fontys Dance Acadamy, Tilburg NL. (2006 – 2011) Shortly afterwards she became involved with Vloeistof as an ‘Autosalon’ performer. Aisling's approach to dance has been strongly influenced by classical discipline, modern techniques and experimental freestyle hip-hop. 

In 2009 she created her first international work, a physical dance theater solo called ‘Milk’ which has been repeatedly well received in NL, Belgium, China and Ireland. In 2011 she was nominated for Theater Boulevard Entreeprijs (NL) and in 2012 The Sofia Amendolea prize (Rome). Her professional development to date has been supported by the NWE Vorst Theater (Tilburg), Station Zuid Dance House (Tilburg) and Dublin Dance House, (Ireland).
