Efrat Levy is an Israeli dancer, who has been creating her own work for the past four years, as well as co-creating and performing in different projects. She dances at the Suzanne Dellal Center and tours around the world with works by choreographer Barak Marshall. Efrat lived in The Netherlands for five years and worked there with choreographers such as Vaclav Kunes, Andrea Boll, Michael Schumacher, and Liat T. Waysbort. In the Netherlands she also created her own solo pieces, which where performed in several International festivals in The Netherlands, Hungary and New York. In 2009 she was invited as an artist in residence to Dance Omi, NY, where she worked collaboratively for three intensive weeks with an international group of dancers. Efrat obtained her BA degree in dance from the Rotterdam Dance Academy, and currently studies in the Jerusalem Academy for Music and Dance for a Master degree in choreography.
